Environmental Investment Organisation (EIO) launches ET Global 800 Carbon Rankings
Friday, October 21, 2011 - 14:00 - 14:45

The Environmental Investment Organisation (EIO) is delighted to announce the launch of its suite of Regional ET Carbon Rankings (North America 300, Asia-Pacific 300, BRICS 300 as well as updated Europe 300) at The Carbon Show 2011. These will pave the way for the launch of its first ever ET Global 800 Carbon Ranking to follow on 9th November.

The EIO – a London-based not-for-profit research body – has gathered data on the world’s largest listed companies in order to calculate this year’s Environmental Tracking (ET) Carbon Rankings. Positions within the Ranking are determined not only by greenhouse gas emissions, but also levels of transparency.

The ET Carbon Rankings will rank the world’s largest 1,200 companies – highlighting the best and worst performers – following on from the ET UK 100 and Europe 300, launched earlier in the year.
Visit the session on The Carbon Stage for in-depth explanation and analysis, followed by a Q&A session.
