Michael Adams is the Business Manager for BNY Mellon’s Corporate Trust EMEA Structured Finance business and is responsible for the ABS, MBS, CMBS, Covered Bond, Project Finance and Carbon businesses for the region.

Prior to this, Michael was the CFO of QSR Management Limited, a FSA regulated, wholly owned subsidiary of BNY Mellon specialising in providing consultative and administrative services to the structured finance market including servicing complex structured finance transactions/restructurings and defining and delivering service requirements for bank, government and quasi-government stabilization initiatives.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon in 2002, Michael was with Barclays Capital for 5 years with various management roles in the Investment Banking and Loan Syndication businesses. Before joining Barclays Capital, Michael was with Grant Thornton for approximately 10 years.  There he was responsible for a wide range of specialist investigations and advisory work in the financial institution and other sectors.

Michael holds a BSc in Chemistry from King’s College, London University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
