His philanthropic work gave him the Chairmanship of the Environmental Parliament, through which he started the most successful bipartisan Environmental campaigns in the world.

Namely the 10:10 campaign of limiting CO2 emissions in the UK and now in the US and EU. Then the European Parliament's Campaign and Policy adoption for unilateral binding reductions in European Emissions, with all the countries of the European Union being within this binding legal treaty. And lastly and most important is the Policy initiative for the Creation of the Global Environmental Court for justice and human rights in the age of climate.

The Environment Court has to be the court of last resort for Environmental Human Rights, Arbitration, Dispute resolution, for access to shared fresh water, glacier melt, common rivers, lakes and sea management and a host of other issues for the global community to peacefully resolve conflicts amongst nations. The Environment Court deals with, plurinational pollution and also hears cases of corporate conduct and bi-national and multinational environmental conduct, misconduct, treaty interpretation, emissions binding limits observance and disputes, and environment & climate Finance for adaptation and mitigation agreements. This court unlike the Security Council of the UN has no nations with Veto powers and no leaders with clients within. But it has an equitable representation much like the court of Human Rights in Hague where the global community sets the agenda and delivers justice.
